Overall this is a great little netbook. Battery life is 4-6 hours depending on what I am doing (watching videos or checking email). Windows 7 starter is junk, you cannot customize it at all, and many feature, including backing up to a network location, are gimped. The touchpad also took some getting used to as it is not a standard touchpad, but I am not a fan of touchpads to begin with. Also, 1GB of RAM is not enough and you will quickly find yourself needing a 2GB stick. Once I had replaced the RAM and Windows 7 starter (Ubuntu Netbook and Windows XP work great) I was much happier. Overall for 300$ + 40$ for RAM and you will have a great netbook.
